United States Postal Service at 290 East L Street, Benicia, California.

I insured a book for $400 and it was damaged during shipping. I refunded the buyer, took the book to the Benicia post office, they kept it, then lost it. Filed a claim, presented proof of value of the book and got zero response since I provided that proof. In other words I'm out $400, the book, and totally disappointed in such incompetence. Disgusted. Someone discarded or stole the book, but they are not concerned about that. Meanwhile I'm out $400. Pathetic. Thanks for nothing.
